How to think about Lazurio and agents

Imagine a new personal assistant arriving for their first day. They can write, research and prepare materials. But they have come from outside your company: they do not know your routines, abbreviations or what good work looks like to you.

An agent needs a similar introduction: what to do, which materials to use and how you will judge the result. You do not need a special formula. Describe the task in your own words and correct misunderstandings. Lazurio provides shared materials and rules for this work.

You set the direction. Your assistant prepares the work.

You know your company, the goal and what matters.

Knowledgebase · a shared notebook

Verified procedures and context for future work. Propose an entry, review it and have it approved under your team’s rules.

Collaboration illustrated: brief → draft → review → approved procedure in the shared notebook. Authorized colleagues and their agents can use it when they have access and load it.

The human analogy helps with delegation; it is not literal. An agent is not a person, can make mistakes and does not automatically have your experience or access to everything. Here we mean an agent working on a specific task, not automatically a long-term personal Buddy or a separate AI Colleague.

What would you tell a new assistant?

Instead of “Prepare the meeting”, explain what you need:

I am preparing for a team meeting. Use the attached notes to create a
one-page brief: what is done, what is blocked and what we need to decide.
Keep it concise for colleagues who know the project. Do not invent missing
facts; mark them as questions. Prepare a draft only; do not send it anywhere.

AI · illustrative response: I will prepare those three sections. I will turn a missing deadline into a question rather than guess a date. First, I need the notes to work from.

Knowledgebase is your shared notebook

You would give a new assistant a company handbook. In Lazurio, Knowledgebase serves that purpose: a place for shared knowledge, procedures and context. You do not have to explain everything from scratch each time — provided it is recorded correctly, accessible and loaded by the agent for the task.

Chat is the working conversation. Knowledgebase holds what should last. “Remember this” alone is not evidence that a rule was saved for other people. Ask to see the actual entry, its location and who can access it. Private information does not belong in the shared notebook.

Turn what we clarified into a proposed procedure for our organization's
Knowledgebase. First check whether a similar procedure already exists.
Show the proposed changes, where they belong and who has access.
Do not publish yet. If you cannot access Knowledgebase, tell me.

Introduce your work through real tasks

You do not need to document the entire company first. Start with one small task. Give specific feedback, such as “Include a deadline only when the source confirms it”. If the rule will be useful again, prepare a Knowledgebase entry. Here, onboarding means supplying context and procedures, not training the underlying AI model.

Next time, refer to the approved procedure and explain only what has changed.
